Founded by nurses in 2002, we provide home health services to Solano County, Napa, and Contra Costa.  
Home Health refers to intermittent medical services provided in the home by a nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, medical social worker, and certified home health aides. 

​These services  are usually referred to by doctors after discharging or seeing patients from a hospital, rehabilitation facility, or clinic.
